This Copyright Policy applies to material published on the Common Scholarship Portal by the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DITC), Government of Nagaland.
1. Ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Portal — including text, scheme guidelines, notifications, graphics, and the Government of Nagaland emblem — is the property of the Government of Nagaland.
2. Permitted use
Content may be reproduced, downloaded, or printed for personal, non-commercial, and informational use, provided the material is reproduced accurately, is not used in a misleading context, and the Government of Nagaland is acknowledged as the source. The Government of Nagaland emblem may not be used to imply endorsement of any non-government product, service, or organisation.
3. Restrictions
Content may not be reproduced for commercial resale, or modified and represented as official Government of Nagaland material, without prior written permission from the Department of IT&C.
4. Third-party and applicant content
Documents uploaded by applicants (such as certificates and marksheets) remain the property of the applicant or issuing authority and are used by the Portal solely for scholarship processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
